CLEAR MONTHLY SUPPORT / 2026

Bronze. Silver.
Gold. Explained.

Understand what each package actually does, why your website needs ongoing attention and where the time and tool costs come from. Plain English first, technical details beside it.

Compare all three ↓

Why three levels?

Every website needs routine care, but improving search performance takes additional research and writing, and expanding content across channels takes more work again. We price the plans according to the ongoing tasks, time and specialist tools involved - not the promise of a particular Google ranking.

01 / BRONZE

Maintain

Keep the website looked after and check basic search visibility.

02 / SILVER

Improve

Add keyword research, page optimisation and one monthly blog article.

03 / GOLD

Expand

Add deeper SEO, agreed extra content and limited social media support.

Why time changes the price

The largest cost is usually experienced working time: checking technical issues, planning SEO, researching keywords, writing content, preparing and testing updates, communicating with you and reporting back.

Example monthly delivery planning - not included hourly allowances

BRONZE1–2 hours
SILVER3–5 hours
GOLD6–8 hours

These ranges illustrate why the plans differ. They are planning estimates, not guaranteed hours, and delivery is governed by your written scope.

Why we have software costs as well

Free versions of tools may work for one hobby site, but agencies managing client websites may exceed usage allowances or require paid features. Examples include:

Web hosting and deployment

Servers, bandwidth, publishing and deployment usage. Commercial hosting can have monthly costs and usage limits.

SEO research and reporting

Time and tools for reviewing what people search, whether pages are indexed, what changed and what should improve.

Maintenance and security

Checking links and technical issues, maintaining site components where applicable and testing agreed fixes.

Creative production

Researching, writing, fact-checking, editing and designing content. These tasks take time even with AI assistance.

Social publishing

Scheduling platforms commonly charge by connected channel, and preparing approved posts involves additional work.

Payment processing

Stripe deducts transaction fees; client communication, billing and administration also use team time.

Examples of supplier prices, checked October 2026

Vercel Pro has a $20/month platform fee with possible additional usage costs. Buffer Essentials starts at $5/month per channel on annual billing. Stripe's UK pricing lists 1.5% + 20p for a standard UK card: around £2.45 on a £150 payment, £4.69 on £299 and £6.94 on £449. Other card types, optional billing products, tax and exchange rates may change actual costs.

Not every client uses every tool. Agency subscriptions may be shared across clients; individual premium licences, domain fees, unusual infrastructure and advertising are separately priced only where your agreement says so.

What am I signing up for?

Does any monthly package include a new website?

No. These packages are designed for eligible existing sites. A separate standalone website build starts from £495 for an agreed starter scope.

Can SEO guarantee more traffic or sales?

No. Search results depend on competitors, algorithms, demand and your offer. Reports should explain the work and meaningful signals, not promise a ranking.

How are content and edits approved?

We agree a brief, prepare the scheduled work and ask the nominated business contact to approve facts and content before publication where required.

Will I own my website and domain?

Your existing domain and business accounts remain yours. Ownership and handover arrangements for any separately commissioned new website are defined in its build contract.

When can I cancel?

Billing is monthly through Stripe. The notice period, effective cancellation date, refund policy and handover arrangements must be stated in your written service agreement before payment.

What if I need more work?

Major website changes, paid ads, high-volume content, social inbox management, advanced development, extra pages and premium third-party costs are quoted separately before we start.

Choose a plan you understand.

We confirm the eligible site, included work, publishing approvals, additional charges and cancellation terms in writing before your subscription starts.
